Returns Policy

If you don't love your purchase from Claude Cater Mensland, we will happily offer an exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery. Items can be returned through Australia Post please ensure a tracking service is used. All products must be returned in their original packaging with Tags attached and in as new condition. Please include a delivery note or receipt in the packaging. Also, include a note requesting an exchange or refund and any other information required for the exchange of an item. Products returned within 30 days of delivery will be credited back to you depending on how you have paid for the goods. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

All boots must be returned in original condition inclosed in the box they were supplied and inclosed in a post satchel. Any boots that are returned in a manner where the boots or box is unsuitable for resale will be rejected and returned to sender. There will be no exceptions.

Any items returned to Claude Cater Mensland outside our terms and conditions will be returned to the customer. 

Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.

Clearance Items 
These items are an end of season stock items and are non-returnable or refundable (excepting faulty goods).

 The cost of the return postage to Claude Cater Mensland is the responsibility of the customer. Claude Cater Mensland will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your return during transit.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, contact us immediately ( or 40921133). We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

If a fault appears in your product through normal wear, please contact us immediately using the above contacts.

Your item may need to be returned.

Once our warehouse receives the goods, our returns team will inspect them. 

Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you as informed and updated as possible.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your item.
