Claude Cater Mensland provides two secure payment methods. you have the option to use the PayPal system or securely checkout directly on our website using Credit Card.
PayPal: Your credit card details will be transacted by PayPal. By placing orders with Claude Cater Mensland you accept and acknowledge that credit card details will be transacted through the PayPal system.
All in-store stock is shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available. Items with (Please allow 2 - 4 business days before shipping) & ( Please allow 5 - 8 business days before shipping ) are items we order in on receipt of an order. While we do our best to ship within these times Christmas & Public holidays may delay the shipping of orders. On receipt of your order if it is any delay in shipping you will be notified by Email if this is unacceptable we will immediately refund your order.
Claude Cater Mensland uses Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail then you need to request this. Claude Cater Mensland does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.
In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Claude Cater Mensland to discuss a resolution.
Please note: All orders are shipped with sign on delivery. Orders cannot be left at shipping address unless signed for.
Unfortunately due to expenses incurred preparing and shipping of items overseas we have had to add a 10% (AU) surcharge to these items.
Please note: Claude Cater Mensland uses Australia Post and Country of Origin Postal Services for overseas shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct email and shipping details are given to receive the shipping notification and tracking details of the shipment. We recommend that on receipt of your shipping notice and tracking number that you regularly check the tracking of your shipment especially when it reaches the country of origin Customs and Postal Service. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what Duties and Taxes (if any) are to be paid for importing items into the country of origin.
The Tracking number issued can be used with both Australia Post and Country of Origin Postal Service.
Claude Cater Mensland wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with the fit or you feel the product is not what you expected, you may exchange, replace or have your purchase refunded when it is returned in saleable condition with tags still attached. Please read the conditions below.
These items are an end of season stock items and are non-returnable or refundable (excepting faulty goods). Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery. Items can be returned through Australia Post please ensure a tracking service is used. All products must be returned in their original packaging with Tags attached and in as new condition. Please include a delivery note or receipt in the packaging. Also, include a note requesting an exchange or refund and any other information required for the exchange of an item. Products returned within 30 days of delivery will be credited back to you depending on how you have paid for the goods. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
We are happy to exchange the product if the wrong size or fit has been chosen. This must be done within 30 days of delivery. If an exchange cannot be done we will refund the cost of the item. Footwear must be tried on a carpeted area before wearing. Footwear that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for a return this includes scuff marks on the soles of boots. Boxes must be protected as they are considered as part of the product. Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not Claude Cater Mensland. Item must be returned in perfect condition in Claude Cater Mensland original posting package or similar protective packaging. After the item is received a full refund of the item will be initiated. A full refund will be made for the product if it is in untouched condition. There is no refund on postage. Faulty or incorrect goods received faulty goods are deemed those that have a manufacturing fault. Please contact Claude Cater Mensland and we will arrange for the goods to be returned and assessed to determine if they can be replaced or can be repaired by the manufacturer. As we realise the inconvenience of having an item become faulty we will do everything we can to expedite this process. Please be aware the item will not be replaced until the faulty item is returned and assessed. If the items are deemed faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired a full refund will be made.
